Refund and Returns Policy
At Happy Harvesting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that some items may be subject to a restocking fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@happyharvesting.co.za. with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you are exchanging an item, please note that we can only exchange it for the same item or one of equal value. If the item you are exchanging is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss other options.
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, and plants
- Personalized or customized items
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
