Shipping Rates
- Standard Delivery: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Available on select items and promotions
- Bulk Orders: Contact us for discounted shipping on large orders
Large Items
Items over 30kg or with dimensions exceeding 1.5m require a freight quote. We use Bigfoot Express for large item delivery. Contact us for a quote before ordering.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time through your account on our website.
Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or public holidays
- Large items (furniture, appliances) may require special delivery arrangements
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address
- If you are not available, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave the parcel at a nearby collection point
